Delivery

When items are in stock, we dispatch the order on the following day.

Please allow 3 - 5 working days for the goods to arrive in the U.K.

We can deliver anywhere in the world.

UK postage is £1.50 per item up to a maximum of £6.
Overseas postage is £8.00 for up to 3 items

All items are dispatched by the Royal Mail.

We do everything we can to keep our delivery charges at a minimum

Questions

I would like to return an item, what do I do?
If you would like to return or exchange an item, either use the bag it came in (if still intact!) or in a posting bag. Attach the label which is at the bottom of your invoice. Please include the original invoice with a note to say whether you would like a full refund or what you would like as exchange. There is no need to phone us when sending a return.


Do I have to pay the postage on returns?
Sadly yes. We work very hard to keep our p&p to a minimum, especially for small orders. If you want an item exchanged we cover the postage of the replacement.


What do I do if I have a faulty item?
Accept our apologies, give us a call/email and we shall send out a stamped returns bag


How long will it take to exchange an item?
We will endeavour to get an item back out to you on the same day we receive the returned item.


What is your sizing like?
Our nightwear is generously sized. Order according to the age of your child, for example an average four year old we would suggest ordering 3-4years. If in doubt call us.


How fast can you get an order to me?
Once your order is placed it normally takes 3-5 working days to arrive, sometimes quicker.


Can you deliver abroad?
We deliver anywhere in the world. Overseas postage £8.00 for up to three items


Can I put my Fig pyjamas into the tumble dryer?
We don't encourage it because cotton will shrink slightly, however we know that childrens nightwear gets washed more often than most things, and we all do it. Use a cool setting if you have to.
